We also have applied SP3 on both Servers. We still have the Print Issue. I did not delete any KB updates. Here 1. Do I need to delete the KB updates from Server A or Server B? or from each individual user's machine? (we have 800 users!!!!) 2.Even after having SP3, do we need to remove KB updates.
